  1. Comprehensive Plan Discussions with Citizens

    April 19, 2017, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM @ Rosenwald Community Center

Due to the great response we received to our “Kitchen Table Conversations” last month, we’re providing more opportunities to be a part of the process this month. In addition to meetings hosted by our steering committee members and elected officials, the Planning Department will host 4 open meetings this month. This month, we’ll be talking a bit about community values and then using several hypothetical scenarios to wrestle with conflicts in the city’s commitments to economic development, fiscal sustainability, small-town character, and livability. Anyone who is unable or uninterested in attending a meeting is always encouraged to write comments down and send them to the planning department. Everything we receive will be read by both staff members and the consultants working on the plan.
