New Ordinances - The following ordinances have been adopted since the last update to the Waynesboro City Code.
ORDINANCE NUMBER 2011-69 This ordinance is amending the boundaries for voting wards due to the census statistics, and it is also eliminating the room description of the voting location, so that only the address is listed, not the specific room at the address. ORDINANCE NUMBER 2011-66 The following is a synopsis of the proposed budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012: Budget details are available for public review on the City’s website and during regular business hours in the City Manager’s Office and the Waynesboro Public Library. ORDINANCE NUMBER 2011-64 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ANIMALS, ARTICLE II, DOGS AND CATS, SECTION 14-44, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF WAYNESBORO ORDINANCE NUMBER 2011-56 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE BY ADDING A NEW SECTION IMPOSING A FEE FOR RECORDING A LIST OF HEIRS OR AN AFFIDAVIT
