Waynesboro Symphony Orchestra Charles Salembier, President 540-942-3828 The Waynesboro Symphony Orchestra provides area musicians with an opportunity to perform orchestral music. It blends professional, student, and community players. All interested string players are eligible to play in the orchestra. Rehearsals are Tuesday, 7:00-9:00PM September through May. On June 28, 2001, the City of Staunton adopted a resolution naming the Gypsy Hill Park bandstand, "The Stonewall Brigade Bandstand". Waynesboro Choral Society 540-943-2075 50 voice choral group provides three or four concerts per year of seasonal, patriotic, show tunes. Christmas and spring concerts are held two nights.
