Below is a list of Fire Code Permit Applications. These applications may be submitted to this office in three different ways. 1. Most preferable way is to fill application out on-line, print a copy for your file, then save a copy to your file and e-mail this to woodje@ci.waynesboro.va.us. 2. Fill out on-line application, print two copies, one for your file and hand deliver or mail second copy to Waynesboro Fire Department, 300 W. Broad St., Waynesboro, Va. 22980. 3. Call Waynesboro Fire Department (540-942-6730) during normal business hours and submit application.
