Below is a list of Inspection Request Applications. These applications may be submitted to this office in three different ways. 1. Most preferable way is to fill application out on-line, print a copy for your file, then e-mail application. 2. Fill out on-line application, and print two copies, one for your file and hand deliver or mail second copy to Waynesboro Fire Department, 300 W. Broad St., Waynesboro, Va. 22980. 3. Call Waynesboro Fire Department (540-942-6730) during normal business hours and submit application.

Inspection Request Application : This application is for any business, school or organization that needs or would like to have a Fire Inspection performed.

Self Inspection Worksheet : This worksheet is for any business that would like to perform a self inspection to determine if your business meets basic fire safety requirements. This worksheet is for your use only and is not to be mailed to the Fire Department, nor does this worksheet exempt you from a regular scheduled fire inspection.


Please remember!  All Inspection Request Applications and Permit Applications need to be submitted at least 10 days prior to Inspection date for processing. You will be contacted once application is received for scheduling.
