Help Wanted

On 1/23/2011 police was dispatched to 200 block of Loudoun Avenue for a report of a larceny from a residence. The complainant  advised that a 42" Samsung LCD television was stolen from the living room.  The television was reportedly still in the box. The TV was valued over $500.00.

On 1/23/2011 police responded to Parkway Village in regard to an individual kicking side mirrors off of parked cars. Five vehicles all had  broken mirrors. A resident observed a white/mixed race male walking down the sidewalk breaking the mirrors of the cars  get into a as a newer model, 2 door Honda or Mustang and leave the area. He described the man as about 6'1" and stocky wearing a white hoodie with blue jeans and black shoes.

On 1/23/2011 a complainant is reporting that she had parked her vehicle in the 400 block of S Wayne Avenue around 12:30 a.m. When she came out to go to work she found that her vehicle had been broken into. The passenger side front window had been broken out and unknown subject(s) looked through the center console of the vehicle. At this point she knows of nothing missing. The vehicle was still locked at the time of this report.

On 1/30/2011 police responded to the 400 block of Locust Ave in regard to property taken from a vehicle. The complainant  advised that the driver window on her SUV had been broken and $200 taken from her vehicle during the night while it was parked in the road.  

On 1/30/2011 police was dispatched to Saint Johns Episcopal Church for a vehicle that had a broken window. Upon my arrival the complainant  was standing beside her vehicle. The passage's side window was broken, there was broken glass on the ground out side of the vehicle. The complainant stated that she had went into the Church about 1945 hours and lock her doors. Upon a closer inspection she found the passage's side window broken, but everything appeared to still be in the vehicle. Her purse was still on the floor on the passage's side. As I had her to check her purse for her money. She found that someone had removed all of her cash from her wallet.

On 1/31/2011 police responded to the 400 block of Locust Ave to speak to a subject there about some items that had been stolen from her vehicle during the night.  During the night, her 2001 Subaru outback was parked in front of her residence.  Someone during the night got inside the vehicle and stole her red Keltie bookbag which contained her new college books, 2 calculators, and various pens and pencils.  The value of just the books was somewhere between $500-$600.
