Neighborhood Watch:  Groups are formed in order for neighbors to help one another protect their neighborhood by observing and reporting any criminal or suspicious activity. As well, Neighborhood Watch Groups allow neighbors to get to know each other better. This helps them know what is happening in their neighborhood by recognizing something out of the ordinary.
