Traffic Watch Traffic watch provides citizens with all sorts of traffic information throughout the City. Area’s and streets that traffic violations will be monitored and enforced concerning speeding, traffic lights, stop signs, checkpoints, and other violations. It also provides information pertaining to any adverse road conditions, closures, and detours. We ask citizens to use caution and patience in the area of Rosser Ave & Lew Dewitt intersection as this is a very busy exchange especially during certain times of the day. We ask citizens to please observe and comply to the speed limits in our school zones throughout the City during school hours. As always, please wear your seat belt and if you are transporting children and if they are required by law to be put in a child seat, do so.
