The Waynesboro Police Department has establish a Police Chaplains Program to provide assistance during special situations which are faced by Officers, to provide spiritual guidance and/or counseling to all members of the Department and their families in times of need and to be an aid to the people of Waynesboro through a field service ministry.
Accepted standards of the International Conference of Police Chaplains and local requirements play a major part in the program.
