1.      Call to order.  Pledge of allegiance.

2.      Citizen comment period – limited to 4 minutes per speaker, for issues not subject of a public hearing.

3.      Review and approval of minutes of regular meeting held October 18, 2011.

4.      Hold a public hearing at the request of Basic United Methodist Church for a conditional use permit to allow a rotating thermal shelter of last resort in support of the Waynesboro Area Refuge Ministry (W.A.R.M). The church is located at 489 North Winchester Avenue, Tax Map Numbers 47-1-37-1, 1A, 2, 2A, 3, 3A, 4, 4A, 13, 14, 15, 16; and 47-1-36-23, 24, currently zoned RG-5 (General Residential-5).

5.      Staff presentation of the Planning Commission Annual Report.

6.      Staff correspondence and communication.

7.      Other business/Commissioners’ correspondence and communication.

8.      Adjournment.
