Registration Form

L.A.T.C.H. is a recreational after school day care program offered at the following elementary schools: Berkeley Glenn, Wenonah, Westwood Hills and William Perry. It is held every day that school is in session (with the exception of early dismissal due to bad weather). Participants will have opportunities to participate in a wide variety of supervised activities including arts and crafts, homework time, games and free play.

The following will need to be submitted at the time of registration: a copy of updated immunization record, a copy of most recent physical, the completed registration form and payment for the first week.

All registrations must be made in person with payment and completed forms. Registration for the 2011-12 school year is ongoing, as space at each site allows. Fees for the program are $30/week and there is a $20 registration fee for children who were not enrolled in either LATCH or Camp Summer Fun during 2011.

This new recreation-based summer program provides middle-school students with days filled with games, crafts, sports, fieldtrips, community service projects, guest speakers, swimming, and so much more. SAMS is designed to keep middle-school participants busy and entertained through a variety of activities, while at the same time, providing parents with the supervision they may be looking for regarding their child. The program will focus on teamwork, cooperation and community.
