To start a new account, you will need to come in person to our office room 103 at 503 West Main Street in Waynesboro, VA.  You will need to bring your picture ID with you as well as provide the following information:

Mailing Address
Phone Number
Social Security Number
Date of Birth
Any other name you'd like on the account and their SSN

Service will start the same day you sign up or on the day you are planning to move in.
*Deposit and any previous balance must be paid in full before service begins.*

$60.00 for anyone renting residential property
$75.00 for renting business property
$30.00 for garbage only accounts
$0.00 for property owners
(Need copy of sellers Agreement/Contract)

Water—$3.87 per thousand gallons

Sewer—$7.56 per thousand gallons

Sewer Base Charge—$23.50 per billing period

Garbage—$29.00 per can

Water service charge is based on meter size.
