Regional Landfill In August of 2000, the City of Waynesboro joined forces with Staunton and Augusta County to form the Augusta Regional Landfill at the existing Jollivue site on Rt. 648, between Stuarts Draft and Interstate 64. The current Waynesboro site off of N. Delphine Avenue no longer accepts any refuse.
