XtremeFest of the Blue Ridge is a one day festival in the heart of the spectacular Blue Ridge Mountains. Our goal is to promote a healthy, active lifestyle by introducing festival goers to activities like rock climbing, kayaking, mountain biking, and hiking.

The Waynesboro Department of Parks and Recreation has partnered with local outfitters to show you the area's best spots to hit the trail, water or rock! Climb on the mobile climbing wall, kayak the South River, marvel at the high flying BMX stunt show, register for huge giveaways and enjoy great food and fun for the whole family. New in 2008 from New Zealand is the latest in Xtreme fun - The Zorb. Imagine a 12 foot diameter inflated ball, climb inside and roll down a hill completely protected by the massive cushion of air - Xtreme! If you want to take full advantage of this beautiful region's many adventure sports opportunities or just want to try something new and exciting, then mark XtremeFest of the Blue Ridge on your calendar. This event takes place at Ridgeview Park in Waynesboro. There will be plenty of opportunity to participate, try, and buy.
