The largest of the picnic shelters at Ridgeview Park, is located in the middle of the park, along the bike path. The 35-by-30 foot picnic shelter typically houses 12 picnic tables (exact number is not guaranteed). This shelter has electricity, a grill, water and restrooms nearby (the ones by the pool are open year round; there are also restrooms by the amphitheater which are open from April to October). This popular shelter is surrounded by an array of plantings which provide an abundance of colors and textures to the setting.
