Cardio Tennis

Intermediate and advanced tennis players get fit for life and burn calories while enjoying the sport you love. This unique, 4 week,  fitness/tennis clinic is packed with high energy tennis drills, great music, and lots of fun games.  Each participant is working to keep their individual heart rate in their cardio workout zone which is 65 to 85% of their maximum heart rate. FREE, but preregistration is required.

Beginners Group Tennis Lessons

Group tennis lessons will consist of 4 one hour lessons. Each session will include instruction for forehand and backhand strokes, as well as serving and volleying.  In addition, classes will provide general tennis knowledge along with challenging  games and skill building drills. Instructor: Al Hite (Class minimum: 4)

Social Distancing will be required for all classes and hand sanitizer will be on-site.  Masks are encouraged, but not required. Please bring our own water bottles.
