Come join in on these fun, energetic, heart-pounding fitness classes. Each class focuses on strengthening, conditioning, muscle recognition, flexibility, sports-readiness, and nutrition. Classes incorporate music, equipment and contain non-stop, interactive activities.
Tuesdays, June 25- July 30
4:50 p.m.- 5:35 p.m.
$12/child/ 6 week session
Monday - Thursdays:
3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Elementary School Ages
4:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Middle School and Older
3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Middle School and Older

This beginner cheerleading class will teach children the fundamental skills needed for cheerleading routines.
