All instructional classes meet at Rosenwald  community center, unless stated otherwise.  Preregistration required for all classes, but  participants may start any time.

Essential Oils

Essential Oils

Therapeutic grade essentials oils are the ultimate in aromatherapy!  This class will teach about the possible health and emotional benefits, safe usage, and participants will get to take home a DIY essential oil project.  Instructor: Megan Collier, RN

​Lunchtime Yoga

Join instructor Elle d’Orado to focus on the foundations of Yoga: comfortable postures & conscious breath.  Yoga is good for the mind as well as the body and students of all levels will enjoy this easeful, restorative  practice.  Dress for movement & relaxation; bring water & a yoga mat if you have one. Fit for Life

​Intro to Knitting and Crocheting

If you are a beginner, you can learn the basic stitches for both in one two hour class. Or, if you know the basics and simply need help with a pattern or project, bring it in for some assistance. Participants are welcome to bring their own yarn and needles, but it’s not required, as they will be provided to any students who need them. Instructor: Vickey Lawson
​Stretch and Tone
Though geared toward seniors, anyone can benefit from this morning ex­ercise program which provides a good opportunity for toning up problem areas as well as a chance to meet new friends. Rubberbands and mats are furnished for your convenience!   Instructor:   Ann Hutchens

Tai Chi for Beginners
