Services
Blue Ridge Court Services provides alternatives for offenders willing to try to change their lives to stay out of jail. Blue Ridge staff makes bond recommendations to the court and monitors court appearances. If an offender has a substance abuse problem or emotional difficulties requiring treatment, the staff directs the offender to the proper treatment agency and monitors progress.

It covers court systems in Augusta and Highland counties and Waynesboro and Staunton cities. For the victim, the staff collects restitution, and ensures the victim is not forgotten by the criminal justice system.
