Special Accommodations
An assistive workstation with an adjustable table providing internet access and a word processing program is available for patrons who use wheelchairs. Zoom text has been loaded on this station to enlarge the font to help patrons with low vision. In addition, Waynesboro Public Library has an Aladdin Magnifying Machine for patrons with visual impairments.

If you need special accommodation to attend or participate in any library program, call the library at least two working days in advance.

Talking Book Center
The Staunton based Talking Book Center is a library for people who cannot read standard print materials because of vision impairment, physical handicap, or reading disability. Recorded books and a player are mailed to patrons free of charge.

Choice Magazine Listening


A free audio magazine for adults with impaired vision or other disability. Choice Magazine Listening records the best articles, stories, and poems from over 100 of the finest magazines.
