a.    Consider adopting the minutes from the June 27, 2022 Work Session and Regular Business Meeting.

b.    Consider appointing Leslie Tate, Community Development Director, as voting member and Scott Kesecker, City Engineer, and Chad O. Rambo, Assistant Public Works Director, as alternate representatives to the Staunton Augusta Waynesboro Metropolitan Planning Organization Technical Advisory Committee (SAW MPO TAC).

c.    Consider appointing Leslie Tate, Community Development Director, to the BRITE Technical Advisory Committee.
