Consider approving the September 9, 2019 Work Session and Regular Business Meeting minutes, and dispense with the reading of the minutes.

Second consideration/adoption of the following appropriation ordinances:

b. Replenishment of City Manager’s Contingency Account ($4,250);
c. Police vehicle Replacement ($51,000);
d. Stormwater Dump Truck ($86,000);
e. Landscaping Architecture and Engineering Services ($401,250);
f. Office on Youth Grants and Donations ($44,500).

PRESENTATION – UNITED STATES 2020 CENSUS:


Receive a presentation from Ms. Roseanne Vrugtman from the U.S. Census Bureau concerning the 2020 Census, and consider adopting a resolution establishing a Complete Count Committee.

RESOLUTION (REVISED) – VDOT REVENUE SHARING APPLICATION FOR DELPHINE AND MAIN ROUNDABOUT:


Consider adopting a resolution supporting the City’s application to the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Revenue Sharing Program for the purpose of constructing a roundabout at the intersection of East Main Street and Delphine Avenue.

RESOLUTION - PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX RELIEF ACT (PPTRA) FOR 2019:


Consider adopting a resolution establishing the Personal Property Tax Relief Act (PPTRA) rate of relief of 33% for calendar year 2019.
