PUBLIC HEARING – NATURAL GAS TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM


Hold a public hearing to receive public comment and consider introducing an ordinance granting a nonexclusive franchise to Columbia Gas of Virginia, Inc., and/or other bidder(s) to construct and operate a natural gas transmission and distribution system in the City of Waynesboro, Virginia, (the “Project”).

SECOND CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE – VACATE 7TH STREET AT-GRADE RAILROAD CROSSING


Second consideration/adoption of an ordinance vacating the at-grade railroad crossing at 7th Street near Commerce Avenue in connection with the Southern Connector Road construction project.

RESOLUTION – SCENIC RIVER


Consider adopting a Resolution of Support for the Virginia Scenic River Designation of the South River From S. Oak Lane to Hopeman Parkway.
