Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711(A)(29) for discussions of the award of public contracts involving the expenditure of public funds, and discussion of the possible terms or scope of such contracts, where discussions in an open session would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the City. The subject matter of the closed meeting is to discuss possible changes to an agreement with the Sheri Smith Trust relating to the District Home property.
