2016-072 Code Amendment - Water and Sewer Connection Fee Deposit
Amending Section 86-31 of the Code of the City of Waynesboro, to allow for deposit fee for City water and sanitary sewer services to be billed over the first two payment cycles, which would result in two payments of $75.00 for residential customers, and two payments of $125.00 for commercial customers, and allowing for the termination of water and sanitary sewer services if the entire amount of consumption charges and billed deposit fees are not paid in the first two payment cycles.

2016-033 Preliminary Subdivision Plat for 1930 Rosser Avenue, Waynesboro Marketplace LLC
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waynesboro, Virginia, that the requests of Waynesboro Marketplace, LLC, for a preliminary subdivision plat for a property owned by Augusta County at 1930 Rosser Avenue, Waynesboro, Virginia, City Tax Map Parcel 51-12-46, be approved, in accordance with the applications (MJR #16-199), the staff report dated May 17, 2016 with the following condition:
1. Final plats and associated deeds shall be reviewed and approved by the City Attorney to ensure the adequate provision the “road connectivity preservation areas.”

2016-032 Conditional Use Permit for 1930 Rosser Avenue, Waynesboro Marketplace LLC
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waynesboro, Virginia, that the requests of Waynesboro Marketplace, LLC, for a conditional use permit for a property owned by Augusta County at 1930 Rosser Avenue, Waynesboro, Virginia, City Tax Map Parcel 51-12-46, be approved, in accordance with the applications (CUP #16-200), the staff report dated May 17, 2016 and the following condition:
1. The Developer shall provide all maintenance agreements and access easements to the City Attorney for his review and approval and shall further fully executed and record these agreements and easements prior to the approval of the applicable subdivision or site plan.
