Beginning 3:30 p.m. on Friday, October 11 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 13, the following downtown streets will be closed for the 42th Annual Fall Foliage Festival:

• Wayne Avenue from Federal Street to Lumos Plaza
• West Main Street from Arch Avenue to Maple Avenue
• Lumos Plaza in front of the Lumos Corporate Offices
• Main Street traffic will be diverted onto West Eleventh Street
