[ARCHIVED] Longer Billing Cycle Due to Software Upgrade

Software Upgrade

Upcoming water bills may have a longer billing cycle (number of days of water usage) due to a software upgrade that occurred in November.

          As a result the usage calculation (how much water ran through your meter) may be slightly higher than usual.  

Return to Normal Billing Schedule

Your next billing cycle will show a decreased number of days of usage as we return to our normal billing schedule.
