[ARCHIVED] Altered Trash Collection for Week of 1/3/22 to 1/7/22
Trash Collection will be altered for the week of January 3rd to January 7, 2022
Please EXPECT DELAYS in trash collection for the week of January 3rd to January 7, 2022.
Why is trash collection delayed this week?
Due to a snow event on Monday, January 3rd, trash collection has been altered to allow for safe collection and snow removal activities.
Will there be updates on when my trash will be collected?
City forces will be working on Saturday, January 8th in order to complete trash collection for the week. Areas that might still be difficult to collect (alleys for example) will be picked up next week. Thank you for your patience as we work to complete the week's run.
Where can I call if I have questions?
Please keep in mind that phone lines can be busy during a snow event and you may need to leave a message for the Refuse Division at (540) 942-6764.
