One-Time Complimentary Area Bulk Debris Collection Schedule

Public Works began a One-Time Complimentary Bulk Debris Collection by Area on Monday, January 30, 2023. Area collection will follow the leaf collection area map. More info on the Area Map can be found on our Bulk Collection Webpage


How can I track the progress of Bulk Debris Collection Crews?

To track the progress of the Bulk Collection crews please check for updates on our Facebook Page or call our pre-recorded Collection Hotline at (540) 932-8240.


How will I know when the collection crews have switched areas?

UPDATE : CREWS HAVE COMPLETED AREAS 1 & 2 FOR BOTH BULK AND BRUSH AND HAVE BEGUN COLLECTING IN AREAS 3 - 5.  Residents in Areas 6 - 9 may place their bulk debris items out prior to February 6th to ensure collection.

You can use this Area Completion Map to see when a crew has moved from one area to the next.


Residents in Areas 1 - 5

Residents in Areas 1 - 5 should have bulk debris items out for collection. 


Residents in Areas 6 - 9

Residents in Areas 6 - 9 may place their bulk debris items out prior to February 6th.

Where should I place my bulk debris pile?: 

Place any bulk debris for the One-Time Complimentary Collection at your normal trash pickup area.


Will Complimentary Collection Services continue past March 1, 2023?

Complimentary Collection will not be provided once Public Works verifies collection is complete within any leaf collection area. Stay tuned for more details about the Updated Bulk Debris Program which starts March 1, 2023.
