The Utilities Customer Service Office will be relocating to Suite 103 in the Charles T. Yancey Municipal Building, located at 503 W. Main St, beginning August 21, 2023.  The office will be open Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm for in person services.  Staff can be reached by phone Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm at 540-942-6643.  Additionally, any services Utility Billing provides can be accessed online including starting, stopping, or transferring service and Leak Adjustments.
