City of Waynesboro, VA — The City of Waynesboro is pleased to introduce YourGOV, an innovative citizen request application that allows community members to conveniently report public works requests via the web or a smartphone.

In just three steps, YourGOV users can submit common issues — such as potholes, vandalism, water leaks and more — complete with location, details and photos. Once submitted, YourGOV will automatically deliver requests to the city’s Public Works Department where they are reviewed and routed for proper handling.

The city has also adopted Cartegraph, a leading operations management system. Cartegraph gives the City of Waynesboro powerful tools for managing its day-to-day operations. Working in tandem, YourGOV and Cartegraph will help the City of Waynesboro manage citizen requests and resolve
them more efficiently than ever before.
