On October 22, 2015, two officers picked up Willie Junior Walker, 56 years old of Bridgeport, from Fairfield County, Connecticut, where he had been in custody since mid October 2015.

In January 2009, Cummings was convicted on three counts of arson in Waynesboro Circuit Court. The charges stemmed from a June 18, 2008 incident in which Walker set fire to two vehicles and an apartment in the 800 block of King Ave. Walker was sentenced to 21 years imprisonment with 12 years suspended. The Circuit Court issued bench warrants for Walker’s arrest in September 2015 for violation of his probation stemming from the arson convictions. It is not known when Walker was released from prison and fled Virginia.

He is being held without bond at Middle River Regional Jail.
