Update – Hairston is in custody. Officers arrested him on a traffic stop this afternoon in Waynesboro after a tipster gave his whereabouts. In addition to the capias, officers charged him for driving on a revoked license and found suspected marijuana on him. He is being held on a $2,500 bond.
