Update – Ritchie is in custody in Keystone, Florida. Ritchie fled Virginia after being profiled as a fugitive in local media. Aided by a tipster, the Waynesboro Police Department and Augusta County Sheriff’s Office were able to give Ritchie’s whereabouts to Florida authorities who apprehended him early Sunday morning (December 6, 2015) at a family member’s residence. He is being held without bond in Florida. Extradition proceedings are pending.
