The Waynesboro Police Department is requesting assistance from the community to help identify a repeat shoplifter whom police believe has stolen hundreds of dollars in shoes from a city department store. A surveillance camera captured an image of the assailant on January 16, 2016. On that date, the suspect described as a W/M, entered Kohl’s, 841 Town Center Drive, with thievery on his mind. Kohl’s assets protection staff believes the suspect is involved in several thefts of footwear from the store in recent months.

The suspect is further described:

Possibly Latino

A still image of the suspect is attached.
