Update (2-20-2016) - Madison is in custody. An alert tipster notified Crimestoppers of her whereabouts after seeing the posts on social media. Officers tracked down Madison and convinced her to turn herself in which she did this morning, February 20. She is being held on a $1,000 bond at Middle River Regional Jail.
